When you start WebMail, you will choose a language. Then, if it is your first time to do WebMail, you will enter a page like the one on the right.

(The page on the right is just an example.
You cannot type on it.)

The page has three areas which you may fill in:

• "Your Name"
• "Your E-mail Address," and
• "Your Signature."

You may fill in the "Your Signature," though this is not necessary. The information which you put here will appear at the bottom of the letters you write while using webmail.

If you do not put information in this box, you should at least remove the words "Your Name" (see the top example). If you do not, then the words "Your Name" will appear at the end of all of your e-mails.
